To exchange or return an item, you must request it through our customer service center by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Exchange and Return Policy is based on current legislation (Brazilian Federal Law No. 8.078, 1990, the Consumer Defense Code) and meets your needs.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT WITH DEFECTS
Products sold by Yemoja Brazil Shop have a 90-day warranty in case of manufacturing defects. If the item purchased from our online store has a defect, from the date of receipt – but within the warranty period, you can contact us through our Customer Service Center: email@example.com to report the occurrence and request replacement of the part.
- The item must be returned through the Post Office, after previously contacting our Customer Service Center: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Return the product in its original packaging and with tags.
- The customer must send in writing a brief account of the alleged defect, explaining which and how the product was used, frequency of use, etc. In an email addressed to email@example.com. ATTENTION: Products sent outside the above specifications will not be accepted for defect analysis and will automatically be returned to the sender.
The evaluation of defects will be carried out and only then will the final analysis of the exchange request be completed. Maximum completion time, up to 30 days.
- Absence of defect (non-confirmation of the damage indicated by the customer).
- Indications of improper use of the product.
- Indications of accidental damage.
- Natural wear and tear due to use.
- Inadequate washing of the product (washing instructions can be found on one of the product’s tags).
According to CDC (Consumer Defense Code) regulations, customers who make purchases through online stores have up to 7 (seven) days after receipt of the product to register withdrawal of the purchase.
- The products must be returned through the Post Office, after previously contacting our Customer Service Center: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by tags as well as all accessories, manuals, gifts, etc.
- The product must not show any signs of use. ATTENTION: The product that does not meet the above conditions will not be accepted as a return and will automatically be sent back to the original address. Under these conditions, Yemoja Brazil Shop reserves the right to make a new shipping charge.
Refund of amounts paid
If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 7 (seven) business days, through the same form of payment used in the purchase.
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Products with personalized engraving, laser cutting or other customizations;
- Custom made products;
- Products that have been changed or altered by the customer.
The new product has up to 30 days to be replaced. As long as it is in the same conditions in which it was received/purchased (in the original packaging and unused, according to the rules below:
- The product may not show any signs of use or washing.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by fixed labels, as well as all accessories, manuals, gifts, etc.
- The goods must be returned through the postal service, having previously contacted our Customer Service: email@example.com
- Goods purchased on sale are not eligible for replacement.
