EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS   

Products sold by Yemoja Brazil Shop have a 90-day warranty in case of manufacturing defects. If the item purchased in our virtual store is defective, from the date of receipt – but within the warranty period, you can contact us through our Call Center: returns@yemojabrazil.com to communicate the occurrence and request exchange.

How to proceed

– The products must be returned through the Post Office, having previously contacted our Call Center: returns@yemojabrazil.com.

– Return the product in its original packaging with labels.

– The merchandise must be returned through the Post Office, having previously contacted our Call Center: returns@yemojabrazil.com.

– Return the product in its original packaging with labels.

– The client should send a brief report on the alleged defect, clarifying how was the product usage, frequency of use, washing methods, etc. In an email addressed to returns@yemojabrazil.com.

ATTENTION: Products shipped outside the above specifications will not be accepted for defect analysis and will automatically be returned to the sender.

The defect evaluation will be performed and only then will the final analysis of the exchange request be completed. Maximum completion time, up to 30 days.
Rejecting Items: 

– Absence of defect (not finding the damage indicated by the client).

– Evidence of inappropriate use of the product.

– Evidence of accidental damage.

– Natural wear due to use.

– Inadequate washing of the product (the washing instructions are obligatory on one of the product labels).

PURCHASE CANCELLATION

– The customer has up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to register the withdrawal of the purchase.

– The product must be returned through the Post Office, having previously contacted our Call Center: returns@yemojabrazil.com.

– The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by labels as well as all accessories, manuals, gifts, etc.

– The product can not show any evidence of usage.

ATTENTION: The product that does not meet the conditions required above, will not be accepted as a return, and will automatically be sent back to the origin address. In these conditions, Yemoja Brazil Shop reserves the right to re-charge the freight costs.

REFUNDS:

– Credit Card: The reversal should occur in up to 2 subsequent invoices.

– Bank Draft: Current account credit up to 15 days.

– There will be no refund of the value of the freight.

ATTENTION: The return of the values will be processed only after the receipt and analysis of the conditions of the product (s) in our Distribution Center. The product cannot show any indication of use or washing and labels should be fixed.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENTS

New products have up to 30 days (after received) to be replaced. Provided they are in the same condition as they were received / purchased (in the original and unused packaging, according to the rules below:

– The product can not show any signs of use or washing.

– The product must be returned in its original packaging, with labels attached, as well as all accessories, manuals, gifts, etc.

– The product must be returned through the Post Office, having previously contacted our Call Center: returns@yemojabrazil.com

– Products purchased with discounts are not ellegible to replacement.
